How Do I Buy An Item?
We will make every attempt to correctly identify and catalog items. We will offer additional photos and information if possible. The items are guaranteed as to the description listed. Refund of the purchase price will be made on any item that is determined to be not as described.
To request a refund we must be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the item and it must be returned to us in as good condition as received and in a timely manner. All guarantees are void after the 48 hour period has expired.
A 6.25% sales tax must be charged to all Ma buyers without a valid MA tax exempt number. Items shipped to other states are tax exempt.
Payment can be made by personal check, bank check, or money order. Items will be held until personal checks clear.
Items are listed for sale on a first come first served basis. They will remain as active listings until payment is received. At that time a RESERVED notice will be posted. The item will be moved to the sold section of the site when the transaction is completed.

Initiating purchase of any item indicates acceptance of these terms.
How Do I Sell My Items?
Contact us with information about what you would like to sell. Good photos of the items along with a list is sufficient. This information can be mailed to Decoys Unlimited Inc, P. O. Box 206, West Barnstable, MA, 02668 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After reviewing the photos we can advise you of the best option for selling.
If the items are to be listed we will send a contract to be signed by you and the items can be shipped to Decoys Unlimited Inc, P. O. Box 206, West Barnstable, MA, 02668 for postal mail or to 2320 Main St., West Barnstable, MA 02668 for UPS or Fed-Ex.
Items will be listed on the site for a minimum of 90 days or until sold if less than 90 days. If items have not sold in the 90 day period, they can be re-listed or removed at the consigners discretion.
The fee per item or lot listed is $15 due at the time of listing. The commission of 20% is charged when the item sells, payment is received and the transaction is completed.
Payment to the consigner is made within 14 days of the completion of the transaction.
